After the name change noted in the previous blog post, I needed to re think and re design the logo for the gift bag. Below shows the updated logo along with the design ideas and development.
I wanted to incorporate the diamond shape, as used in the contact leaflet, to add continuity but to add a bold graphic statement.
I decided to invert the colours to see how the reverse was aesthetically. I found the reverse to be much more appealing, and when screen printed would cover more surface area of the bag. This allows more experimentation to be carried out with colour and stock.
Final idea to screen print:
Will leave a contrast of the natural brown paper kraft bags.
